Communication – an important requirement for Team Building

How many times have the term "public communication is the key to success in any effort or another? And what are the key to good communication? But unlike what appears to most people, is not effective. As a matter of fact, researchers tell us that good communication of listening to the 90% and 10% are just words. Not look too good, not for those who want to express their opinion and not listen to the thoughts and ideas of others. Communication is a big problem, andThere are dozens of different things I could share on the topic, but I will talk about the importance of expectations for effective communication.

I heard a story, when dealing specifically with communicating effectively expectations. Seems to be a man who had a shelf in his library, dust and accidental omgestamp her favorite vase from its pedestal. The vessel is not broken, but had a bad crack in it. The man has decided to send back to the company that made the pot, so you canrepeated, and has also decided to take three of the pots, just in case he had ever broken a new one. Hit vase in a box, including a note stating that he wanted three new vessels just like the box and sends it to the company. A few weeks later, he was excited when he got a great package in the mail from the business vase. Eagerly opened the package and inside were his three vessels, each exactly as he returned, including the occupants of the poor. DoOne might think that there was a little 'break in communicating effectively to your expectations?

Well, when I think that the man in the story, I had to understand that the needs of effective communication, as they relate to the team is something I must do better. Many companies spend a lot of time training and developing their employees, but fail to communicate effectively what the partner will do what with all the knowledge they have now. Like many of the productsthey should do every day? How much waste is in order? And that is not looking good customer service, how? Executives and managers are talking about this and many other categories of benefits, and even the entire communications industry meetings like telling people that the objectives of the company. But these same leaders rarely ever break down in detail the framework necessary for teams to understand what is expected and, most importantly, how to implement theseexpectations.

Really happened to the team, effective communication is really a key. If you break the goals and objectives with your employees or groups and listen carefully to any feedback you might have something. Asked about the objectives, and to listen carefully to the instructions of the social circle to repeat to you again. Feel what you thought you said? If you take the time and good communication takes time, a dialogue with your team, you will discover what they want to meet your expectations.And when you're both on the same page, your people will not leave you in points. Do something more for you if they know you are listening and really care for their success.

So remember, next time you run a dialogue about their expectations, listen carefully, so as to have a clear understanding of what they say. Certainly not want to keep all the cracks in your pot is not!
