Communication – a key to building successful teams

How many times have you heard of the term "communication is the key to success for a couple or try another? And what are the key to good communication? Well, unlike what seems to most, is not effective to speak. In fact, experts tell us that good communication is 90% and 10% listening to talk. It is not too good for those who just want to express their opinion and not listen to the thoughts or ideas of others. Communication is a big problem andThere are dozens of different things I could share on the subject, but I want to talk specifically about the importance of expectations for effective communication.

I once heard a story that deals specifically with the expectations of effective communication. It seems a man is a straw in his library and bookstore accidentally mixed his favorite vase off its pedestal. The vessel did not break, but had a bad crack in it. The man decided to send back to the company who made the pot, so you can sendis repeated, and also decided to have three vessels on order, if he ever did it again. He had a jar in a box, including a note stating that he wanted three new vessels just as in the box and send it to the operating mode. A few weeks later, he was thrilled when he saw a big package by mail from the store tank. He excitedly opened the package and inside were his three vessels, each exactly like the one sent back, including crack evil. NotDo you think that maybe something was an effective way to lower your expectations to communicate?

Well, when I think of the man in the story, I had to realize that expectations of effective communication as it relates to the team is something I have to do better. Many companies spend a huge amount of time training and developing their staff, do not effectively communicate what the employee wants to do with all this knowledge, they have now. As a productthey should do every day? How much waste in order? And what looks like good customer service? Executives and directors talking about this and many other categories of benefits, and also for meetings of corporate communication to tell people that its objectives. But these same leaders rarely ever break down the framework for the necessary details for the teams to understand what is expected, and most importantly, how to do thisexpectations.

To really succeed teams, effective communication is really key. During the trip aims and objectives with your employees or teams, to listen carefully to the answers they may have. Ask questions about the objectives and listen carefully when your employees to repeat to you again. Did they hear what you think you said? If you take the time and good communication takes time, a dialogue with your team, you will see when they want your expectations.And if you're both on the same page, employees let you fall. They want more than anything, you should do if they know you are listening, and cares about their success.

Remember, the next time the dialogue about their expectations, listen carefully, you have clear understanding of what they say. You certainly do not want any cracks to keep the pot!
